Day Good game but beaten once again at his near post,when will we keep a clean sheet. 7
Williams Quiet game but solid enough 7
Kilgour Good game no mistakes 7.5
Baldwin Concentrated on defending and did well 7
Rodman Best game I have seen him play for a long time 8
Upson And again a really good game in front of back four 7.5
McCormick Showed what we miss when not in the team, held back sensibly on a couple of challenges 8
Leahy Quieter game than recently but great opening goal and defended well 7.5
Westbrooke Covered a massive amount of the pitch closing down, set up one goal and scored another, really good performance 8
Ayunga Massive performance proving his doubters wrong so unlucky not to score. Great touch through out, now puts the pressure on Hanlon and Daly to deliver more MotM 9
Nicholson Dangerous through out topped by great individual quality on his goal.

Day 7 a relatively quiet evening
Williams 7 not troubled defensively
Kilgour 6.5 made a few errors of judgement but mostly ok
Baldwin 7 a few dodgy passes but solid defensively
Rodman 8.5 seemed to pop up everywhere. Class goal at the perfect time, really unlucky not to score a second screamer
Upson 8 battled very well
McCormick 7.5 much needed energy back in the middle
Leahy 8 another crucial goal, I’ve never known a league 1 left back to score so many!
Westbrooke 8 so much energy, also seemed the trigger for the high press
Ayunga 8.5 fantastic leading the line, really deserved a goal and was desperately unlucky when hitting the post
Nicholson 8 a real handful today, defence couldn’t cope
Subs: Hanlan 4 needs to work on his touch
Daly 5 ran around a bit
Hargreaves 5 same as Daly
Ref 5 missed what looked like a certain red and a certain pen to me
Accrington 5 bang average

Day. 6. Slightly rubbish goal to concede.
Williams 7
Kilgour 7
Baldwin 7
The defence looked pretty solid. BBC says Accy had 10 shots but I struggle to remember any apart from the goal. That means I think that the midfield did its job well
Leahy. 7. Good game.
Upson. 7. Did well tonight.
McCormick. 7. A couple of stupid passes but good overall, way too good for league one.
Rodman 8. Great goal and lots of other good stuff.
Westbrook. 8. Same as Rodman
Nicholson. 8. Class
Ayunga. 8.5. MOM. Held the ball up and got stuck in and was generally a menace. A long way to go but bags of promise.
Subs
Hanlan. 6.5. His time will come again.
Daly and Hargreaves. NOLE. But Daly did get involved which is a good sign as like Ayunga he has bags of promise.
Accy. 5. We made them look pretty average.
Ref. 7. He got the big things right in that he didn’t send their chap off in the first half and the keeper didn’t foul Daly in the second.

Day 7 good save late on and did well to claim a few crosses. Beat at near post again for goal, not for the first time.
Williams 7.5 had a quieter night as Accrington targeted our other flank. Becoming mr consistent.
Kilgour 7.5 looked nervy first 10 minutes but then settled and was solid when called upon for the rest of the game.
Baldwin 8 the best cb at the club. Our record when Baldwin plays vs when he doesn’t is telling. Another solid display.
Rodman 9 so close to my MOTM. Excellent from start to finish again, showing some real form under JB. What a great strike for his goal and hit the post with another great effort.
Upson 8 so frustrating that we don’t see this upson enough. Some much class and experience should be running the midfield every time he plays like he did tonight.
McCormick 8 another all action, dynamic performance. Worked incredibly hard but also played his part in attack.
Leahy 8.5 very good defensive display tonight and got on the scoresheet yet again. Looked to have put saturdays mistake behind him.
Westbrooke 7.5 deserved his goal and always trying to play the ball forward. Needs to stay in this advanced position and also put in a lot more workrate in our high press tonight.
Ayunga 9 MOTM I was willing him to get his goal. Speed, strength, great feet, viscous strike with both feet and can hold up the ball. I think we have a player with massive potential on our hands.
Nicholson 8 more like it from our star player tonight. We need him to continue like this for the rest of the season. Some consistency now please.

Ref 7 got most decisions correct including the red card and penalty appeals.
Accrington 5 didn’t like being put under the pressure we put them under tonight. Struggled to cope with our attackers and got no change from our back line. Outworked and outclassed.

Day 7 decent bar the near post goal...again!!! Williams 8 he's proving to be a good signing, fair play to Tis. Kilgour 7.5 he was better than of late. Baldwin 8 read the game well, he's probably the best of the cb's Rodman 9 M.o.M a superb goal and unlucky with another effort,he gave Accy a torrid time and on this form will make a big difference in the last thirteen games. Upson 8.5 Another good game , we barely missed Grant. McCormick 7.5 sometimes he tried too hard to make amends for last weeks Red It shows how much he cares, he has a great future. Leahy 8 the goal machine strikes again, the captains role really suits him. Westbrooke 8.5 I've not been his greatest fan but last night he proved what he can do Joey has obviously marked his card !! Ayunga. 8.5 All he needed was a goal, the big man was awesome tonight, we have a future star in the making ! Nicholson 8 he's getting back to the level we know and expect.
