Nicholson’s published wage in the states was more than double what this table shows. Don’t believe for a second it’s true.

Just looked at Crawley....Hess on 10k a week and Craig on £600.....I’m calling bullshit.
Fleetwood also allegedly paying 17k a week 😂😂😂

We have tolerated an epidemic of sick notes in recent years, some of which is unavoidable due to the physical nature of the game. However no-one at BRFC who receives an injury seems to recover within 7 to 10 days. It seems to be a standard whole month as a minimum. Are some of them milking it for as long as they can in return for a rest and Wael's money for free? People on here have been saying this since the days of Phil Kite. I'm sure it's just a perception, not reality.

Is there still a cap on squad sizes at the moment as I thought that was scrapped when the salary cap went? I've read articles saying it was scrapped and others saying the restrictions remain, so your guess is as good as mine. Yeah I'm lost with this stuff these days football is overcomplicated for me

That list with the salaries is nowhere near accurate. 3 Fleetwood players on £17k, £16k, and £15k a week made me first doubt it, but to be sure I clicked on highest paid players in the UK and Kyle Bennett’s £326k a week wasn’t shown on there...

Yeah, during our last relegation season someone on the previous forum came up with the theory that Kitey was going around deliberately injuring players. What I am getting at is that, of course, injuries are genuine but no-one seems to recover quickly, so some Players are perhaps prolonging their recovery. The relegation season produced a rash of ACL injuries which thankfully has not been replicated since. It seems that the same Players are seldom off the treatment table and are of "little" use to the cause.

I would think you definitely get longer rehabilitation periods for some players when the team is losing.
