League 2 Next Season now looks like this Barrow Bradford Bristol Rovers Carlisle Colchester Crawley Exeter FGR Harrogate Leyton Orient Mansfield Newport Northampton Oldham Port Vale Rochdale Salford Scunthorpe Stevenage Sutton Swindon Tranmere Walsall With the final team from Bromley Chesterfield Hartlepool Notts County Stockport Torquay Some mouth watering teams there, but a shame there are some missing - Arsenal, Man Utd/City, Tottenham etc: I can imagine the Mem will be full on many occasions next season!

Shocking to see that list. Serves as a reminder that we have no divine right to think we are a bigger club that many others. Very sobering list My first game, watching the solid blue shirts we wore back then, was V Tranmere. Blue shirts with white trim

Unfortunately for us Garner got too much support, if the board had sacked him last summer we might well still be a L1 side. If the board hadn't sacked him we might still be a L1 side I might win the lottery on Saturday.......

I am of the opinion supporters think Rovers' will walk Division2, being promoted by March. The reality is more likely to be a really tough season. Many of the other teams will raise their game against "big" Bristol Rovers. Keep things in perspective. I would be happy for Rovers to be promoted in third position.

I think the expectation is to challenge for promotion. Even if it ultimately fails next season .The effort and attitude to have a right go is key. I hope for promotion but i expect a decent challenge. A lame sub 10th place will not be acceptable.

I agree, we thought we would walk the conference and look how we started that campaign? Then still got out by the skin of our teeth.

With the exception of 4 or 5 teams(Newport, FGR, Exeter, Swindon perhaps Walsall) the away end will rarely see crowds exceed 100, if away support allowed. . The atmosphere is always better with a vocal away following, let’s hope we can get The Mem rocking on our own, with the help of some decent performances and results on the pitch.

It's not the opposition that worry me, it's the standard of Officials. Lg1 was bad enough but next season is going to be horrendous.
