I have similar. Says I purchased tickets for the Stevenage and Oldham games via the box office today. No mention of tickets being posted or pick up at ground though. Assume they are being posted as the earlier email. If you click on the "resend email" you should get an email similar to the one Strange Gas posted above.

And you’re trusting ticketmaster to safely get all these tickets delivered? I wish I had your confidence - they’ve done nothing to earn anyone’s confidence with their actions so far. Yep 👍 And if they don’t deliver them in time I’m confident fans who have paid will get in one way or another. Agreed though it’s a poor show . We should be used to it though after 125 odd yrs 😃 Blimey….you’re older than I thought…..😀

I also have the two tickets appear in my account, which is a relief. Not sure yet how that translates to stadium entry yet, but it’s proof of admittance so all good.

Just to cheer people up - when we first went to plastic cards (3 seasons ago was it?) my mate Pete paid for my season ticket along with his own via his credit card and I gave him cash (so the wife wouldn’t know how much it was 😱).
Start of the season his card turns up and mine didn’t. After leaving it a week and it now being close to season start I gave up emailing and phoned The Lovely Clare. I explained Pete had paid and had a receipt but where was my card for the seat next to his as we always sit next to each other. She knows Pete through his sister and realised who I was and I could tell from her voice something was wrong. “Sorry but we don’t have you down as renewing and have sold the seat to someone else.” The polite reply was something like “You’d better unsell it then because we have proof of renewal at Earlybird rate.”
Clare, to her credit said “Of course” and then said she’d get me a paper ticket for first game and sort things out. This went on game after game with some tickets coming by post but most having to be picked up at the ticket office. Clare eventually phoned someone with me stood at the ticket office window and ended up launching into them saying the guy was stood in front of her and she didn’t want to have to give me any more rubbish excuses. The ticket arrived 3 days later and there never was any sign of the other two supposedly “in the post”.
I was part of a small group at the first couple of games but alone for the last two or three. However, that seemed to be the exception, this time we’re all in the sh1t by the sound of it. Outsourcing rarely goes smoothly in my experience, people promise the earth to get their feet under the table but once there don’t worry about delivery. The person that promised for Ticketmaster was a salesperson - they don’t have to deliver on their promises, that’s somebody else. As someone already said, we aren’t significant to Ticketmaster so don’t hold your breath. UTG!

I also think that the personal service was part of the charm and football experience. It seems like we have switched to a new system for all the wrong reasons.
We are not big enough to justify the move by ticket sales alone. Very strange.

Am I reading that right or have I misread what was being said? Won’t be able to log into my account until later so was just wondering. Thanks to anyone who can explain to a silly old duffer 👍🤪

Also assume that if tickets don't arrive in time then there is a mechanism to download to phone from account.

Neither myself, my son or my friend who sits two seats away have had the email this evening. Anyone else a ST holder but not received the email? Doesnt inspire confidence ahead of Saturday and Tuesday...... My account says activated - i wouldnt even have thought there was a problem, unless i read this.

Have just spoken with TM about Season Tickets etc. They are 'Confident' that all ST holders will receive paper tickets in the post, if they do not receive their cards in time (Apparently doesn't affect everyone). There is no provision to be able to download an electronic ticket in place of a paper one. If by any chance, none of their provisions work in time for the 1st home game, then you can go to the ticket office to get a ticket printed.
Please don't shoot the messenger, only posting what I have been told. Though have to admit, I'm not particularly confident they can get this right. They (well the guy I spoke with) doesn't know why the ticket tracker doesn't work.
I also wasn't showing a "membership pack" on my account, so that was corrected, but still the ST number (which appears to be the same as the membership pack number) doesn't work in the tracker.
