I have received the standard e-mail with a link to track my package, when i try to access this it tells me it doesn't recognise my membership No. anyone else getting this ? Thought everyone was getting this! some comfort then

I emailed TM Support and Tom Gorringe today, haven't heard anything from either. When I purchased my Season Ticket on the 22/07/2021 my eticket account stated that I was a 'Current Season Ticket Holder' when I logged in to my eticket account today it no longer states that I am a 'Current Season Ticket Holder'. I do have a proof of purchase email for my season ticket and have asked for a full refund if I do not receive some confirmation from TM or Tom Gorringe that I am indeed a Season Ticket Holder for 2021/2022 season or at the very least an email stating that I have been granted two tickets for the first two home games.
I've been supporting the Gas for over 50 years and it's always been difficult being a Gas supporter but this shambles is making me question why I bother.
On a different note, why did the powers that be limit the time we could buy season tickets to 23rd July? This seems crazy, how many other clubs, companies etc would put an obstacle in the way of selling their product?

Have just spoken with TM about Season Tickets etc. They are 'Confident' that all ST holders will receive paper tickets in the post, if they do not receive their cards in time (Apparently doesn't affect everyone). There is no provision to be able to download an electronic ticket in place of a paper one. If by any chance, none of their provisions work in time for the 1st home game, then you can go to the ticket office to get a ticket printed. Please don't shoot the messenger, only posting what I have been told. Though have to admit, I'm not particularly confident they can get this right. They (well the guy I spoke with) doesn't know why the ticket tracker doesn't work. I also wasn't showing a "membership pack" on my account, so that was corrected, but still the ST number (which appears to be the same as the membership pack number) doesn't work in the tracker. I can't understand why we weren't all just given the option to download our tickets, sending them in the post this week just seems to be creating needless potential problems. Although why's it taken all summer to work out the two systems were incompatible, surely somebody could have noticed that at the start of the summer.

I had email confirmation of purchase of season ticket at the end of May my account says I am a current season ticket holder for 20/21 but I have still not received email to tell me cards delayed and 2 printed tickets are on there way to me before Saturday.

If they use Royal Mail's Tracked 24 or 48 (hours) services there shouldn't be a problem, but if they've just sent them out 1st or 2nd class it's anybody's guess when they'll arrive.
