I know JB's men aren't fit or ready for the start of the season, for various reasons. However I was not expecting a result as bad as this. Anyone who went to the game what was the issue with today's game. Can it be fixed over time. Or has JB over stated his credentials and is destined for failure. Please honest answers only not just the usual manger out new players in.

Belshaw 4 should have done better with the 1st goal but made a couple of great saves in the 2nd half. The "fan" that deliberately threw the ball over his head in the 1st half instead of giving it to him is a total and utter
Baldwin 2 skinned alive Hughes 2 not a good afternoon for the defence and would have expected better from such an experienced player and leader Anderton 2
Rodman 2 Grant 5 Our best player today in both positions he played Finley 2 absolute shocking 1st half, nearly every pass went astray or into touch. Gets an extra point for the well taken goal which was the only highlight of the afternoon Coutts 2 did not improve the side Anderson 2
Saunders 2 Collins 2 the front pair annoyed me so much getting caught offside numerous times
Subs: Hanlan 4 Nicholson 4 Pitman 1
Ref 6 Exeter 7 our inept defending made them look like world beaters which they are not

Results in and Brandon Hanlan was Man of the Match with a score of 4.83
The starting XI average was 2.81, the fourth lowest ever in these threads after: Shrewsbury A 16/17 (2.60), Shrewsbury A 17/18 (2.76) and Coventry A 19/20 (FA Cup) (2.76)
Once again the referee was 'MotM'. With a score 2.3 points greater than the team average, this was the second biggest gap between our team and the ref. Only the 2.4 point gap in the 16/17 game at Shressbury was bigger.
Jack Baldwin equalled the second lowest ever mark in the threads with a 1.33. This is equal to Rollin Menayese in the Coventry FA Cup away game and only above Max Ehmer's 1.21 at Accrington last season.
Exeter's rating was 4.0 points better than the Rovers' staring XI average. This is the sixth biggest gap in these threads after: Shrewsbury A 17/18 (6.1), Coventry A 19/20 FA Cup (5.2), Accrington A 20/21 (5.0), Bath City H FA Cup 14/15 (4.2) and Bradford A 17/18 (4.1).
Belshaw 4.3
Baldwin 1.3 Hughes 2.0 Anderton 2.2
Rodman 2.6 Grant 3.7 Finley 3.2 Coutts 2.2 Anderson 2.7
Saunders 3.2 Collins 3.4
Subs: Hanlan 4.8 Nicholson 4.1 Pitman 4.3
