what exactly do you bring to the party? Constantly negative! But yes, you enjoy the win. 👍🏽 Yes because there's been so much to be positive about 🙈 🤡 all the best, you’ll get through it 👍🏽

I voted for him to go. Yesterday’s win was a welcome one and we badly needed the 3 points. However one win against a very poor side (I understand we can only beat the team in front us) isn’t enough to make me believe Barton is some kind of football genius. In my opinion he needs to beat Bradford and get decent performances against Newport and Harrogate with at least 4 points before anyone can claim we are showing signs of real improvement. It’s a results game but we need to show some footballing skill as well or the wins soon dry up again.

Do you not see the double standard in moaning on multiple threads about people moaning? Stupid isn't it. Around in circles we go. We won today, instead of enjoying the win, some come and attack those who want JB gone. JB's 7th win in 29 league games and some are believing after today that maybe JB is the Messiah after all. We'll lose the next game because obviously one swallow doesn't make a summer and then what? Some will retaliate back towards those who can't enjoy the win today. And then repeat repeat repeat.
Well, I'm going to enjoy the win. I will ignore the stupid comments from those who can't seem to enjoy the win but rather attack people moaning about JB. And I will continue to want JB gone. Goodnight, God bless. Sweet dreams This is it for me. Glad we won. Doesn’t change the fact that Joey has been an awful appointment since day 1. The difference is I have been consistent with my opinions of Joey. Win or lose. Those who back him endlessly disappear when we’re losing but first thing they do after a win is hop back on here to have a dig.

Carlisle were poor. Luckily injuries forced Joey's hand and he had to change formation. Will he learn from it, probably not, so expect a defeat next week.
Also the bailing ref definitely helped us more than them. (Glad he missed the foul by Saunders in the penalty area for one of their corners - holding, shirt pull and trip at 1-0).

It isn't really about the results Barton gets (I hope he can get us into a safe position this season) but it's about the fact that he should NEVER have been made our manager in the first place. No manager, no matter how bad, has ever driven such a wedge into our fanbase.

Many managers would have split the fanbase such is the ridiculous things that play a big part in our club ie ex city Managers would have split the fanbase even though thy may have done a good job. Tisdale hardly had the backing.

I'm always here win or lose and so are many others. Its alright to get called out for having an opinion but when the shoe is on the other foot we are all of a sudden in the wrong.

Roll on Wednesday when Barton should get another win at home. Not sure on the should part but hopefully build on yesterday.

I would say a loud minority personally but agree with the point fully.

It is very easy to say that the opponents are poor when we beat them- our "supporters" are very good at this. The same was said at Walsall when we won 2-1 yet they have gone on to get a 2-2 draw with Exeter and a 2-1 win over Salford. IMO Swindon were not that good they were just made to look good. By the way Mariobaloteeli not all JB supporters disappear when we lose (as we have on far too many occasions) I am of the opinion that he has brought a lot of good players to the club and if we could keep them or get them fit and playing we will have a good side. The problem is that in this division if you have a really class player they will get kicked at any opportunity and poor refereeing does not help.

It might be a good time to drop all the negativity and get behind JB and the team. Let’s see how things are at Christmas if there’s no improvement think again?

Barton's straight on social media after we win, not long after he joined he slated players for using it. The bloke tlaks so much that he constantly contradicts himself. I really hope we can go on a run now and that Barton can just shut his gob and get on with the job. Pretty sure he slated them for using it after we lost a game not after we one. If I was JB I'd be making the most of yesterday's victory! He posts something after every win. Too much talking and patting on the back for my liking. Just shut up for 5 minutes and get the job done.

Although odd you of all people are telling JB to keep quiet and not pat himself on the back with your "boom" nonsense, are you worried you've got some competition?

If they had some pace out wide or up front they would have been good but despite controlling large parts of the game didn’t stretch us often enough. I’m just glad we got the first goal as I think they would have shut up shop and we would have struggled to score had they scored first.

If Belshaw hadn't pulled off a few saves within 10 seconds to save us it could have been a different story. To say they were poor is unfair.

Thought we lacked a bit of shape and purpose at times but were resolute and got the job done. As soon as they started opening up we took full advantage to get the job done. A pleasing outcome!

The truth is that when we brought on Nicholson and Thomas we went from looking a very ordinary League Two side to looking a very good one. Having top players back can bring the best out of other players. I would say that in the first ten games this season we have probably been one of the biggest hits with injuries in the League. This usually evens out over a season and it will be interesting to see how long we can keep our top players on the pitch before another bad foul causes the next long lay off. This is the trouble the further you go down the League the greater chances of injuries. I sometimes think that our players are too nice and don't commit many cynical fouls- our bookings and sending offs are generally for stupid things.
