Belshaw 7.5 Nothing that I think
he really did wrong today
Anderson 8 had a decent game
Taylor 7.5 played well
Harries 7 didn’t have much to do
Brown 6.5 a good chance to shoot
but didn’t and also didn’t have much to do
Whelan 8.5 mom a few nice passes and bossed the midfield
Coutts 7 a couple of good tackles but
a few mistakes as well
Evans 7.5 got stuck in
Thomas 7 did quite well
Pitman nole
Nicholson 8 played very well. Good run and shot as well
Subs: Kilgour 7 did okay
Anderton 8 In the right place at the right time
for the goal
Collins nole
Ref 4 a few dodgy decisions plus a
possible penalty appeal. Also a good stumble and fall!
Harrogate 6 not a great game for them.
I feel rovers could’ve won two or three nil there

Belshaw - 7.5. Good saves.
Anderson 7
Taylor 8.5. Great game
Harries. 7.5. Best I’ve seen him play.
Brown 6.5
Whelan 8. Ran our midfield. I don’t know what Thomas did or forgot to do with about five minutes left but Whelan looked to tear a strip off him.
Coutts 7.5. Good game overall
Evans 7.5. Played well.
Thomas. 7.5. Got the oppo wound up late on.
Nicholson. 8.5. Excellent.
Pitman. NOLE
Kilgour 7.5. Got caught out once but more than made up for it. A great block in the second half.
Anderton. 7
Collins. NOLE
It’s a team game and we played as a team. Refreshing to see.
Ref. 5 Awful, as was the linesman in front of me. But we’ve had worse.
Harrogate 5. I was expecting more from them. Very average. Their number 4 was tiresome.

Belshaw 8 made some good regulation saves and was applauded off by all 4 sides.
Anderson 7 not a right back, but got forward more in second half.
Taylor 8 dependable, likable and the fella is a crowd favourite.
Harries 8.5 m o m mopped up everything and played some great through balls.
Brown 6 is good in air but needed to be subbed
Whelan 7.5 kept the game going with simple passes.
Coutts 5 I'm not being unkind, I can't think of anything positive he done apart from his booking.
Evans 7.5 a great shot away and his running and drawing of defence is potentially devastating. Got caught in possession a couple of times but like his balance and movement.
Thomas 8 ran heart out great to see him head down dribbling. An exciting player.
Pitman nole.
Nicholson 8 same as Thomas.
Subs: Kilgour 8 excellent in air, questions on his distribution, but great concise assist as sub.
Anderton 7.5 steady left back. He's only taking off where Leahy was...
Collins nole.
Ref 4 too many 50/50 decision against us. Picky.
Harrogate 6 well organised but seemed to switch off on our goal....why didn't matey clear the ball instead of watching it bounce a couple of times and hit the post? Decent challenge but with the new promo bounce bubble burst, I'll predict they'll be lower than we are at end of season...
Well done JAB, a gritty well deserved result in fave of adversity. JAB subs worked, when it was 2/2 defensive subs and no recognised striker on pitch, it's brave they both conspired to help us win!
Just goes to show what you can do when you pack the opposition box. Great result and away day.

Results in and Connor Taylor was Man of the Match with a score of 7.9, his third MotM of the season.
The starting XI average was 6.66. Although without Pitman this would have been 7.03, the highest of the season.
