I agree to an extent but it’s a chance for our fringe players to push on and it doesn’t look good for our options outside the starting 11 I’d like to think we could at least compete!! At 3 down , the game’s gone and the pressure is off. It’s a good opportunity for our young guns to relax and focus on doing the basics right and winning their own personal battles. When you play without fear you play better. Looks like they are doing that as with Exeter's luck/ability in front of goal it could be 3-3. Tyrone looks a decent prospect. |

It's only a reserve team competition and it's about time these matches were advertised as such and tickets were sold accurately as Bristol Rovers Reserves and stop this false advertising.

I think it’s just funny. Don’t care about this competition at all tbh. Yeah I feel for the youngsters, but I suppose coming up against a strong Exeter side and taking a bit of a beating is a really good learning experience for them. |

Exeter seem to be getting it right off and on the pitch, fair play to them.
TBH I’m beginning to look ahead to Saturdays game. A win against a decent Northampton side would be a huge lift.
