Is she still alive?
A rumour that she has died, but the palace won't announce it until Feb 7th.
This is so that her reign will be recorded as 70 years, not an embarrassing 69.

I think the protocol is that if she dies then it will be announced 8am the next day?

I think the protocol is that if she dies then it will be announced 8am the next day? Realistically, with COVID & brexit they probably can't afford another economic hit before Xmas so are holding the news back. Palace probably using the govs winning strategy of making it up as they go along. |

No, she just has a lighter schedule due to COVID and her recent health problems.
If you take a quick look on google there are pictures of her from last week.
