Have to say, Jak looked very suspect for their goal. Cost us, entirely his fault.
He redeemed himself at the end.
Exactly what I expected of him, excellent shot stopper but recently he’s been poor at crosses.

Yes agree halifax. I wish we’d played Oldham before Sheridan was appointed. A clever manager who will have them organised and today was a great result for them. Not the foregone conclusion some think, but we need to win. Well done to the team today, a battling performance on what sounded a poor pitch and a very direct opposition. Another gutsy performance getting a point near the end. Never give up this team. UTG! Oldham won 1-0 at big relegation rivals Scunny today, Tuesday's game now suddenly looks a lot harder than it did a week ago! Why? They are still sh** did today really make much difference?

So it was either Elliot Anderson, Harry Anderson, Collins or Saunders! At least we’ve narrowed it down a bit Spartacus..... but which one

Scunthorpe were abysmal against us so IF we play at our best we should win.

Interesting card count today: Sutton 4, dirty old Bristol Rovers 1 👀. And the foul count: Sutton 21 Gas 6! UTG!

He has in the past saved us but i well remember his first game at Blackpool, he charged out for a cross he got no where near , flattened a Blackpool player in the process and gave away pen! seems nothing changed!

Interesting card count today: Sutton 4, dirty old Bristol Rovers 1 👀. I listened to the Sutton commentary, and they actually mentioned that we weren't as physical as we used to be in the past.

I thought we were well worth that point. Bossed possession though not creating a great deal, I’m glad we stood up to that physical mob of bullies. Not sure if anyone else noticed, but Eliot Anderson copped a smack round the back of the head after laying off a pass in the centre circle. This shortly after their lummox #9 dragged Taylor to the floor long after the ball was seen out of play.
Harry Anderson was superb in winning the penalty, a real lost cause that then baited the keeper into a rash decision. Mr dependable never in doubt from the spot, deserved after going close in the first half with that beauty of a free kick.
A word on Anssi, the big man certainly redeemed himself late on after a shocker of a decision to come and then stay rooted for the cross that led to their opener. Clear to see we definitely miss our sweeper keeper mopping up behind when needed.
Still, onto Oldham. This will prove an even better point if we go and do a job up there as we should do!

Yeo noticed that arm into the back of his head. If referee sees that, he’s getting at least a yellow. No idea how the GK, already on a yellow, stayed on the pitch for the penalty.

He was brought down for the pen, I think, according to the radio. Didn’t hear him mentioned much after but it’s a great first contribution if true! EA looked pretty useful, looking right at home in the central mid role and had probably one of our moves of the season with his inter play with Thomas which nearly led to a goal. Agree Tops. Should have started him instead of Whelan. We were much more of a threat when we had an engine in the middle of the park.

Thought EA looked really useful, very encouraging debut.
Could be in for a start on Tuesday at Oldham.
