I feel exactly the same, I think we're gonna win this weekend. Praying they play OC because he will not be upto it. played 23 league games and 4 goals. Why would they pick him? He plays as the deepest midfielder for them in a midfield diamond. He’s in the side to break up play and start off attacks, not score goals.

Transfermarkt values should be taken with a pinch of salt.

Ollie loves a card, no better time of year for a couple extra! Finley smash first tackle and get in the lads head from the off, a walking red card all day long

Luca Hoole will be buzzing. Wasn't he "buzzing" in the last home game as well?

Yes, and I even watched it! I think the last 10 minutes have wiped it from my memory. ☹️ Colchester game similar. UTG! Yeah there are lots of games where we have been good in patches but never really had a totally controlled win. Scunthorpe would have been one but we even did our best to lose 2 points there. Mistake from Joey not to get an experienced CB and LB/RB in to steady it up imo, clearly was/is our weakest area. If Brown's refused to leave we've already got Anderton, Clarke and Brown as LB's/LWB's, there's got to be limit to how many we can have in the squad? CB wise not sure how easy it is to pick up a decent experienced fully fit CB in January, hence, I assume why JB went for Connolly in the hope he's another Taylor.

I know Barton has talked about Spence in a report published today, but I just cant see the need for him with all the other midfielders we have stacked up. We may as well have sent him back and got someone else is a much needed position. I see what you mean about the CB issue, but its always risky to have too much inexperience in defence imo. A RWB would have been a must for me as Anderson looks poor when he has to defend doing that role

Probably has, but means nothing going into a brand new matchday. The little man did well to walk away from a possible volatile situation Tuesday night when dragged to the floor, ending in a tangle of legs with his opposite number. Thankfully he got up and walked away. I was shocked.

CB wise it's been a problem area all season as Hughes was never fully fit and Harries always likely to be a liability, I doubt any other L2 side as two youngsters like Connolly and Taylor at the heart of their defence. RWB wise I assume JB was hoping Rodman would recover, my view is he'd sooner be out on the golf course!

I can't explain why but i feel strangely relaxed about the Mansfield game. Unlike the Oldham game, which i was quite concerned about, expectations are much lower now that play offs and promotion chances look very remote. I was concerned about the Oldham game because of talk of an easy 3 pts and 3 or 4 nil score lines, i do not think there will be any great expectation V Mansfield and hence it would be just like Rovers to confound every one by performing well and winning, hope so! I feel exactly the same, I think we're gonna win this weekend. Praying they play OC because he will not be upto it. Why will he not be up for it?

Mansfield Town have now had SEVEN games in a row in which they have scored from a set piece/restart.
ELEVEN of their last SEVENTEEN goals have been from a set piece/restart.
In their last SEVEN games FOUR of the goals have come from corners.
Another THREE of their recent goals have come from Stephen McLaughlin free kicks.
Tin hats and solid defensive brick walls have been ordered.

Ollie Clark really isn’t any good doesn’t track his man always passing his man on doesn’t do a lot at all Mansfield ain’t a good footballing team neither they get the ball forward quick get players in the finale 3rd miss out midfield most times and score loads of goals from set peace’s if we get ball down and play and battle hard to win second balls we will have a chance to win this
