Not Rovers specifically but this will no doubt raise issues about clubs and countries participating in competitions in Europe and farther afield.
It could of course be resolved quickly but the next thing on the agenda is the World Cup play offs involving Russia and Ukraine in separate games.

Shame, I was in Russia for a month for the 2018 World Cup but didn’t get to visit St Petersburg. Was very much hoping to get back out there at some point, do the touristy bit and grab myself a 4th Russian ground tick.
Unlikely we’ll ever be visiting those lands anytime in the near future.

The Russian World Cup is a prime example of the West pandering to nations with dreadful records on the World stage. We’re only too keen to focus on the financial hit and look where it gets us. We were happy to attend a Winter Olympics in China and we’ll trot off to the World Cup in Qatar and then years down the line we’ll pay the price |

FIFA, should of course, ban Russia from the WC cup qualifying and give Poland (their opponents) a bye to the final. |
