It's true, how can they only beat Yeovil 2-1. Time they lowered their expectations

Some Barnet fan said that us coming back up to beat them represented a team switching a gear. I reckon it was coming back twice against Gateshead.

Problem is Barnet have been in an higher game from virtually day one!
Even if we don't catch them it looks like being any interesting few months.

Agreed, can't fault out efforts over the last few games. We've been in some serious promotion form. It's just a shame Barnet have barely dropped a point! Still a long way to go mind. A couple of wins here and there could make things change. Like it's been said we've got to just take things 1 game at a time and hope Barnet start slipping. At least the pressure is on then at the top!

So was it an OG or not? Very happy with result but do worry we are without Mildy just as we find the ability to score

Not the best day for the BBC.Midlands To-day just gave out local scores saying Stoke have lost one nil at Everton wheras they beat them 1-0!!!!!!!!!!!! Not the best day for the BBC and Sky together. After giving out the score as 2-1 to the Gas after the Speiss own goal, they then altered the score to 2-0 and this was the case until the final whistle and lo and behold after the final score came up on the printer on the BBC it was then followed by own goal Speiss 38 minutes. Then to cap it all BBC west news has just said the Rovers fought back from a goal down to win 2-1! The BBC not normally to be relied upon on matchdays for its reporting has obviously been using anyone they can get their hands on to cover for their normal unreliable reporters who must be at home enjoying their two week break!

So was it an OG or not? Very happy with result but do worry we are without Mildy just as we find the ability to score I thought it was an own goal. He was trying to punch it clear and it ended up dribbling over the line in slow motion. However, their keeper ended up the biggest clown. When he thought that Turkey had equalised in the last few seconds he did the sliding knee celebration right in front of all the gasheads. All the abuse he got was totally justified - oh how we laughed

Great win.
How that didn't end up 7/8-1 I'll never know. Battered them and missed sitter after sitter.
Thought Sinclair, Mansell, Gosling, Lockyer & Taylor were the pick of the bunch.
On we go!

Some people aren't going to like this on here, but a Torquay fan's description of the first goal... Great win today, sounds a good performance too. Didn't expect 3 points, so hopefully we can extend the gap between us and Macclesfield on Sunday and get another win against Turkey. Will be a fantastic way to end the Christmas period, especially without Mildenhall, LDV etc.
