Gosling 7 two good displays unlucky not to score first half
Mansell 7 another no nonsense game
Sinclair 7 so consistant at what he does
Monkhouse 8 not as involved as some but scored the all important first and made the just as important second
Taylor 8 Another good goal and unlucky with another effort,good all round game
Blissset 6 finished well for his goal,still a little off the pace at times but so much potential

Clarke 5 nearly scored but gave the ball away to much
Harrison 6 made an impact and stuck the pen away
Goldberg 6 made an impact and won the pen

DC 8 good tactics and has created a good work ethic,more people are starting to believe me included

Ref 6 some strange decisions,but getting used to it in this league

Maccs 5 we made a usefull team look ordinary

Puddy 6 - Quiet day at the office thanks to a solid defence, but did what he had to competently.

Leadbitter 7 - Was beaten by their winger a couple of times early on, but defended well for the rest of it & his pace is an asset on the overlap.
McChyrstal 7 - Solid.
Parkes 7 - Solid.
Lockyer 6 - Solid, but his distribution leaves a lot to be desired at times. Doing a fine job filling in at LB though.

Gosling 6 - Had a good first half but faded in the second. Hit the post after good play.
Mansell 7 - Holds the midfield together and shields the back four brilliantly.
Sinclair 6 - Not involved too much today, but constant energy and pressing in midfield is valuable.
Monkhouse 8 - Scored the all important first goal and excellent wing play to assist for Blissett.

Taylor 8 - Pace, movement and touch caused their defence problems all game. Starting to add the goals to his game that make him the complete striker at this level.
Blissett 6 - Looks a little off the pace atm, but his physical assets alone make him a nightmare to play against. Scored.

Subs: Clarke 6 - Quiet.
Goldberg 6 - Didn't have much time to impact, but did well to win the penalty.
Harrison 6 - Well taken penalty.

DC 8 - Not a great first half, but must have said the right things at HT to fire the boys up.

McChyrstal 8.5 Solid, thought Trotman should have stayed in but good shout by DC

Lockyer 7 Not a full back, but did his best playing on his wrong side

Gosling 7.5 Wow much improved performance than of late
Mansell 8 Consistently good and the calming influence we need
Sinclair 8 Typical Duracell bunny
Monkhouse 8.5 Best performance from him this season

Taylor 8.5 Fantastic play off the ball now getting it right with the ball
Blissett 8 A constant menace that defenders hate

Goldberg 7 Did nothing wrong but cannot get in with Taylor playing like he does
Harrison 7 Good penalty but not quite good enough for a regular place

Puddy 6 steady performance

Lockyer 6 Poor first half with the ball - he seems blind to giving a short pass at times, improved after the break
McChrystal 7 Strong no-nonsense display, improved passing
Parkes 8 Excellent, aggressive, controlled display.
Leadbitter 7 Defended well against Macc's better left-sided players, closed players down well.

Gosling 6 Why oh why did he square the ball early on ? One great cross for Taylor 2nd half, and better movement from him. Still won't trust his right and go on the outside.
Monkhouse 7 very good game, good goal and set up for Blast
Mansell 8 A rolls royce performance - didn't want to give the ball to them, calm with his play at all times
Sinclair 7 Efficient, hardworking display

Taylor 8 My MOM - great lay-offs and touches, demands the ball all the time and troubled Macc with his movement. Deserved his goal so much.
Blisset 6 Good finish, I thought he was a bit slow to read flick ons and balls to him first half. got better second half.

Clarke 5 A bit off the pace, one good strike which probably should've been on target
Harrison 5 Thumped home the pen, but his touch wasn't great
Goldberg 5 Had a go a couple of times but it didn't go for him

Clarke 9 Excellent display by the team. They really knocked Macc off their stride and Rovers started to play some really good stuff ( interplay, ball on the deck more, GREAT PRESSING without the ball) and plenty of team spirit and understanding
Ref 8 - very good. did he cock up with that corner that Puddy ket in ??
Macc 3 - couldn't get anywhere with our midfield and then later their defence caved in
