If you ever want to find out the results, Jamie updates them on;
Bristolroversmemorabilia.weebly.com
I'm a Luddite so this is not hyperlinked!
It is up to date to include the Gas Girls v FGR result.
The site also contains lots of Rovers History Group nostalgia and stats, including a look at stadium improvements and failed stadia projects!

Website looks interesting but Chrome tells me its not secure! no SSL certificate?? Would be useful to interact (for those that have lofts full of stuff!) but would like to feel safe doing so!

Very interesting reading about all the failed stadia. I'd forgotten there were so many. In fact I didn't even know about one or two.
Just off to have a little weep now.

I’m not going to cry!! Can’t do anything about it. But...it did make me wonder that if somebody over 30 years ago when we left Eastville had had the power to build a stadium for us where we would be now. Perhaps in the same place but perhaps not. When I see what Reading, Swansea, Brentford, or Brighton have done.... Then I cry! 😢 UTG!

There are all the Rovers results goalscorers and line ups from 1898 up to the Forest Green match. It has been compiled by Stephen Byrne, Mike Jay with input from the Alan Lacock and is currently updated by Chris Spencer. It has taken over 30 years to research and compile. We are constantly adding opponents line ups and require help to add some opponents Christian names from 1899 to 1910.

Really interesting.
Why can't the programme include an article or two showing the history of the club, with decent pictures.
If this website is produced and researched by volunteers it puts to shame the paid media teams programme efforts. Not knocking what they do on line bit is clear there is still a profitable market for the club with books and programmes and since Keith left the standard is greatly reduced. It has gone from one of the best in the country to OK.
Does anyone know if the club will produce a celebratory souvenir promotion book like they did under DC. It would earn a pretty penny for the club, especially if Dave Bright can get sponsorship to help cover costs and a meet the players book siging event was held.
If needs be, I am sure pre orders can be done like the Biggs book to make sure costs are covered.
As Keith Brookman is writing in the Pirate again, it would be good if he could get involved in a season review.
A centre spread team photo would go down well with the kids. I don't think the club had one this season (due to covid?)

That would have been the ideal solution to all our problems - where would we be now if that had gone through?
