I would except the club to arrange for the current squad to attend, maybe for a half time lap of honour?
Would be a good chance for autographs and selfies and the club could make loads with merchandise from the shop and food and drinks as well as increasing the attendance to help support Big Kev's family and Steve Bissex who has been a loyal servant for the club.
Getting up early and traveling to the likes of Colchester for a 1pm ko with the youth team can't have been much fun.

I would imagine that the current squad may well be out of the country - I think we'd all agree that they deserve some down time after their efforts this season. Personally, I prefer the focus to be on the legends who are giving up their time to play in this match, I'm happy to wallow in the past for an afternoon.

Watch the game, congratulate past and current players and the testimonial will get a few more quid as well as the bar

Judging by an interview with Wael I believe it was left to Coutts to sort out the destination then phone Wael with the players choice

Will be great to see the legends Rickie Lambert and Richard Walker back at the Mem along with team mates Steve Phillips, Craig Disley and Aaron Lescott.

Players from Beer Albion FC running a mini bus as Richard Walker contributes a lot to their club and both his boys play for their seconds. Work already under way to improve their ground which has the most amazing views over the Jurassic coast cliffs as they have gone up to a higher league having finished third in the Devon and Exeter League. Lots of regionalisation happening in lower leagues it seems to minimise travelling costs.

Anybody know what else is happening on Sunday? Anything for kids like a bouncy castle and stuff? I bought tickets for me and my boy (4) a few weeks back. This will be his first trip to the Mem as a little taster for taking him a few times next season. Was presuming the shop will be open for him to have a look round and buy some stuff so that's a bit disappointing.

Just bumping this. Leroy Lita now 37 in the Swansea squad. Blimey, time flies. Signed for Hednesford Town recently. 1 game, 3 goals.

I've also been wondering about what else might be there, shame that the club shop isn't open. Will the huts be selling left over pasties from the last game?
