Very sad news just came through of fellow Gashead Alan Gregory who sadly passed away earlier today.
I'm not sure he posted on here or under what name but for those of you who did know him' especially in the Burnham area I'm sure you'd join me in sending condolences to his loved ones.

He was at one time " West Norwood Gas " on here. He was one of the nicest and most loyal people you could ever wish to meet. Not a bad bone in his body. I don't think Alan would mind me saying this -- But he started out as a Red ( just like his dad ) But in the early 60's saw the error of his ways and became one of the best Rovers supporters I've ever known. He was always positive about the team and never ever critizised them. He was simply a true Blue. Rest in peace Alan.

Very sad to hear this. Iād known Alan locally in Burnham-on-Sea for a good few years and always enjoyed his company when our paths crossed both in Burnham and at the Mem. Sincere condolences to his family at this time. RIP mate UTG š
