It seems we are a little slow out the traps in most games we play, we just always seem to mostly go 1 down, do we warm up properly can’t keep expecting to come From behind every game ?

1-0 down three times this week, and no doubt today we were slow starting Ignoring today's poor performance, Plymuff first goal was a worldie and Weds only scored just before half time, it's not like we were caught asleep in the first few minutes of those two games. Plus it seems JB likes to keep it tight in the first half then go for goals in the last 30 mins.

We have not looked good at the back in any game that Hoole has played centre half. The loss of Gibson today was critical and Hoole being selected over Kilgour IMO signals the end for Kilgour and surely he will go in January with possibly Taylor joining. Hoole will be a squad player at best.

Joey “seen” him as a centre half and literally dropped the lad into the deep end this season playing centre half when he’s clearly not ready and now his confidence is shot

If we didnt have such injury troubles at the back so far you would look to have Luca go out on loan in league two . Get more games under his belt at a level he is more comfortable at.
If Gibson,Connelly, Thomas are fit and we do sign a centreback in January then Kilgour and Hoole need to be loaned out. It doesnt help them sitting in the stands.

Hoole is a promising right back IMHO, he is not a central defender, the danger is playing him there may destroy his confidence, trust JB to make the right calls on this one.

And still nothing changes. We are heading for drop. Christ this forum is depressing. I don't come on here for weeks because it just blows my mind how ridiculously downbeat everyone is after a poor result or two but I keep coming back thinking it'll be different - nope. We are just a cliche mid-table team. We have some really good players and some that are par for the L1 course or worse. We all would've taken 13th at this stage pre-season and over the last 15 games, we're 15th on form. This is our level this season and that's fine. We are not heading for the drop. Quote me in June ffs.

Why use the last 15 games just to fit your "everything is ok" agenda, since Thomas left and Rossiter and Gibbons were injured our form has been around 19th, in the last 3 games it's been around 22nd.
We're not going to avoid a relegation fight just based on our form from 10 games ago.

"I know this was briefly covered on the Swindon match day thread when Hugo admitted he would not be attending and hoped we lost, so JB's departure would be hastened. Well we certainly lost but JB is still here and I find myself in a dilemma, after attending the Swindon debacle I was so angry and upset at the performance it took me until sunday lunch time to calm down and I know I must have been great company for my wife on saturday evening. Well I have made the decision that I will not be going to another match until JB has gone and that is hard for me after 50+ years of following Rovers, I have never missed a match before solely because of who is in the managers seat. Well that was the easy choice now I come to my big decision, do I want us to lose and hopefully Wael to see sense and get rid off him. I know what I hope for will make no difference to the result but the fact I am even thinking this way is so so sad. Just wondering if anyone else out there is thinking the same way?."
