Tommy Locks scores at Stoke but an OG!!!! Be amazed if Southampton appoint Nathan Jones. He was awful as Stoke's boss.Very much in the BG mould with his tip tap philosophy but a lot more interesting to listen to than the lugubrious Mr Garner. In other managerial shannanigans Crewe's manager has swopped places with his assistant for 'Family Reasons'. Not so much of a tip tap philosophy this season.

Enjoying the meltdown on their forum. Just over a month ago they revelled in us losing to Lincoln, looks like karma has come back to bite... Plus the with the results tonight in the Chumpionship they're down to 20th 😎

I don't think he ever was a tip tap merchant. I remmeber his Luton side that went up from L1, they played some great stuff but it was high intensity, fast paced and used the wing backs (Justin and Stacey at the time to great effect). I think judging him on his time at Luton is a much fairer reflection on his ability as a manager than judging him at a Stoke side who had not long come down from the prem, full of big egos, players on high wages and a fan base who would have expected him to take them back up.

Well Radio Bris was a delight driving home from work, Gary Owers in full despair and caller Ian completely dumbstruck & fears of bottom 3 after Saturday before WC break. Let’s hope it comes in because according to these fellas, Pearson will have to resign cus he ain’t getting sacked!
That’s my sheedhead chat for the year anyway. I’m out🫡

Good job Lincoln didn’t have the services of on loan striker Jack Diamond who scored a hat-trick against us because Sunderland didn’t want him cup tied or the score could have been even worse. Great result for the imps after going out of the Fa cup at Chippenham & fair play, I heard they had over 500 fans down at the library.

Imagine if the sleeping European super-giants end up in the same league as the Non-League tent dwellers, imagine that.

Plus the with the results tonight in the Chumpionship they're down to 20th 😎 Just had a look at the table. No one cut adrift. Bottom team has 6 pts more than bottom team in League 1. And no clubs (yet) with points deducted. Maybe this time they’ll need to deserve to survive rather than get lucky!

Oh, come on. I'm sure we all like to hear that they've lost to a Lincoln, as they had no problem pointing out how awful we were when we lost to them.

Championship table looks interesting at the bottom. Nice to see them struggling 😃 It’s a crazy division. So tight. Only about 10 points separate the relegation zone from the play off one! The Teds will be worried that their luck might run out this season, and all we can do is keep our fingers crossed that they implode, we fire after Xmas and cross paths for the first time in over 20 years!! UTG

Would you rather:
We get promoted, sh** miss the drop by the skin of their teeth resulting in the first bristol league derby in 20 years?
We get promoted, sh** drop into league one, guaranteeing the gap swinging our way for the first time in a generation and bragging rights for 12 months?
Difficult choice for me. I taste the blood of a robin. I’d take either in a heartbeat.
This season could have the whole of Bristol on the edge of their seats.
