Coutts battled hard but no longer the influence he was last season 7
Finley battling performance but passing a little off today. He needs to pose a threat on goal but hasn’t for some weeks 6

Loft poor today looked very slow and touch was poor 5

Connolly 7. Apart from the first ten minutes they all did well. Lots of hard work in the second half.

Coutts 6.5. Both faded in the second half and couldn’t get on the ball or pass to a teammate often enough. Good first half though.

Hoole 7.5.
Sinclair 7.5. Both these two did well and showed good touches of class.

Collins 7. Didn’t get much service in the second half. Very good in the first half.

Loft. 6.5. Another who faded a bit. Is he fully match fit?
Coburn. 7.5. MoM. Chased down everything but again not much service in the second half.

Marquis. 7. Best of the subs by some way. Unnecessary foul led to a booking.

Ref. 7. Thought he was ok. Our front three fell over a bit too easily at times I thought and he was wise to it.

Cambridge. 6.5. They might not be very good but they kept us hemmed into our half for large chunks of the second half so they can’t be that bad. But the fact that they didn’t equalise shows a lack of goal threat which is going to be a problem for them. We have that goal threat which is why we won.
