Docked 15 points for fixing their balance sheets by artificial gains from club transfers.
This now leaves them in mid table safety.
Not really a punishment if you retain your status in the top flight.
Boltons punishment just reset the balance sheets, Derby I assume is pretty much the same. Waste of time if they go back up
Just waiting for the day that championship clubs get together and all admit overspending and all start the season on -15 points - level playing field.
