Thank you. There are some on this site who have previously said they want the manager out and if losing brings that about, so be it. Enjoy your evening. So now it’s both places that you don’t like. Can you see the common denominator Purely out of interest is that an example of you now being "passive aggressive"?

So now it’s both places that you don’t like. Can you see the common denominator That's harsh and not really relevant to DrF's point above. He is correct, some have actually stated they wanted us to lose if it led to JB's departure. In the heat of debate, I think I read that. But it was a tiny minority. I have never spoken to any supporter who wishes we lose, for any reason. The thing is, unless Barton turns this around soon, a lot of the misgivings many of us have about him may well turn into fact.

I thought 1st half we were never in it but ironically we were much better with 10 men and actually defended better than with 11. Couple of half chances to nick a point but in all honesty it wouldn't really have been deserved. We still have a decent gap to the bottom 4 but need a stop the rot sooner rather than later. Nobody will give us much chance on Tues so really it's a bit of a free hit.

Belly back between the sticks on Tuesday? Not sure that Balcombe did anything today to warrant being dropped. Having said that, I didn't agree with Belly being dropped in the first place, there were other positions which needed strengthening ahead of the GK.

Wrong starting line up for me; Lofty is very much a bench player at the moment his sending off was a man out of form making a wrong decision. I would have played Marquis and Collins, giving Coburn a rest as he is looking less effective with each game that passes. McCormick looked good in the first half, so hard to understand why he was taken off, perhaps as he was on a yellow?
Sinclair should have started in a 442 formation.
Connelly looks like his confidence is shot. But we need to hope he can play through it. Evan's did ok but just not the dominating player of last season.
Hard to criticise a goalie who makes as many saves but I would put Belly back in on Tuesday.

They are coming out of the woodwork like droves now Happy with 5 losses on the bounce? I remember a time when we had to play Plymouth, Sheffield Wednesday and Derby in straight games and we only lost once. What happened to those days? No not happy, but what can I do to cheer myself up? any ideas.

Balcombe has done ok, but I think we need Belshaw's energy back. Lacking strong characters with Finley etc out

Couldn't make the game but were there any positives from the game? Was the performance an improvement?
Looking at things more positively, going away to Lincoln and playing more than half the game with 10 men a 1-0 defeat doesn't sound too bad.
As for Ipswich it's a hit for nothing. There should be no pressure on the players for this.

That should give some of the terminally dull who secretly enjoy us losing while Joey Barton is manager, great solace. For the rest of us, we'll not expect much out of Tuesday, but will enjoy the win next Saturday. UTFG and happy birthday baggins old fruit. 👍🏴☠️🍺 Yep. Pretty happy with how it's going. Just need a few more losses and hopefully we will be done with him. No secrets from me good sir.

There are 2 ways of being rid of Barton. Being very successful or losing lots of games. Either suits me so long as he's gone.

Belly back between the sticks on Tuesday? Not sure GK is the issue here - Not sure any keeper could manage behind our defence at the moment. Belshaw had some brilliant and some dreadful moments, Balcombe has done much the same. Until the defence and midfield tighten up and we get back to scoring changing the keeper feels like rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic to me.

I don’t think the keeper was ever an issue and it was wrong to bring in Balcombe with a three match clause. He’s no better than Bellshaw so what was the point. Bellshaw at least has prescence which we seem to be missing atm.

We've some strange so called fans if they are seemingly content for us to be relegated, as that will surely happen if we keep losing, just to rid us of the manager.
