I've listened to the interview which Radio Bristol Tweeted, and didn't hear any strop - could you point me in the right direction? It's right at the beginning of that twitter clip. Barton can be heard swearing at Lincoln players. It's quite quiet as it's in the background The RB Tweet I listened to didn't have anything at the beginning. I have also seen the one which you are referring to though, and I can't hear what he says - I think I need to get a hearing aid sorted!

I'm still none the wiser as I couldn't hear what was said! Same Ditto, could not hear anything.

I'm still confused by that comment given that JB seemed supportive of all the Rovers players including even Loft. I've only listened to the shortened version of the interview, so I'm wondering if there is an extended version out there where more was said. I listened to it live and there wasn't anything untoward said about our players.

Yep. Pretty happy with how it's going. Just need a few more losses and hopefully we will be done with him. No secrets from me good sir. Very very sad Hugo. I can’t be the only one who has noted you have suddenly emerged from your bunker when things are not going so well. is that sad or is it more sad that this club is currently being managed by a manager that makes people feel like this? Plenty of people on here took the mick out of Fleetwood when they had Joey, he’s ours and suddenly they change how they feel. Hugo, like me, has been one of the few who’s been consistent about his feelings the whole way through, no changing his mind when things got better and then changing again now it’s not so great. Get a grip

Ditto, could not hear anything. I'm still none the wiser as I couldn't hear what was said! If your players keep effing pushing into people, we'll absolutely effing finish them. Or something to that effect.

Like you he has never accepted JB as our Manager from the start and has now suddenly reappeared these last couple of weeks for obvious reasons. As far as I am concerned he has crossed a line saying he wants the club he say so supports to keep losing to get rid of the manager. I would say he needs to get a grip.

I don’t want Barton sacked I want him to get a grip and start putting a side together on match day in a system that will get the best out of the players. I’m yet to see Sinclair played in his natural position of winger / inside forward for example. If coutts wasn’t available today then Bogarde who is a defensive midfielder should have taken his place for another example. And stop playing three strikers when we clearly aren’t creating chances and clearly can’t stop conceding chances it’s bloody clear as day that’s down to our midfield not defending or creating chances ffs.

Saw my first game in 1957 and never wanted us to lose any game in that time and never will , no matter who the manager is.

He probably doesn't post here much because people like you come on here to tell him to get a grip when he does rather than respect his viewpoint, as he has done yours. I don't fully agree with Hugo's desire to see the team lose but I can understand it and put it this way, if Barton was sacked tomorrow, I would be happy.

Get a grip Yes but you only sing when we are losing, unlike you and one or two others some folk who are not fans of Joe Barton have had the decency to acknowledge the good performances just a few short weeks ago, sorry to disappoint you but Rovers form will turn again and we will finish in the top half of the table and you will retreat once again to your little recluse of hate.

You are incorrect Dave and honestly, I'd hoped you knew me better than that, and also know me well enough to know how much I love Rovers. I actually returned to wish Tilly well having read about her recovery on here a few weeks ago. For your information I left the forum for many reasons but our upturn in form was nothing to do with it. Just as my recent posting has nothing to do with my current return and our current poor form. It saddens me that you of all people could hold me in such poor regard.

It’s very worrying that Barton doesn’t seem to know his best team/formation, at this time in the season.
In the last 5 games:
- lost all 5 - scored 1 - conceded 11 - started with 4, potentially 5 different formations
We’ve gone from having one of the best attacks in the division to one of the worst, yet still have the leaky defence. It’s the worst of both worlds really, I’m genuinely concerned about staying up at this rate.
