Balcombe 2 ironically, the amount of goals he let in and it could have been worse, but the lino on East Side found his flag! When does that ever happen?! A punch effort should have caught, a punch behind him, and a drop in front of a running on attacker....comedy gold!
Gibbons 7.5 m o m here's a great idea...play an effective revitalised rejuvenated player on the right where he assists the first goals, has a shot the erm wind took out for a throw in and looking good.....then, swap him on the left where he does f all and ineffective. ? Great management, that!?
Quansah 4 missed goal again with header inside 6 yard area and 5 mins later not in position to give the first goal scorer the freedom of the Mem.
Connolly 1 the amount of minutes I would give him in future....a liability.
MacDonald 5 didn't do anything wrong per se, just looked like rabbit headlights.
Ward 4 found space but he must like southmead a lot as his passes were hospital balls at best.
Bogarde 3 here's not looking at you, kid. constantly fouling and behind play.
Evans 2 back to where he's been most the season, on the strait and too narrow.....dire
Sinclair 6 tried hard and nice 1-2 for the gibbons assist.
Marquis 6 nice headed finish but nothing else.
Collins 5 it flits about a bit.
Subs: Anderson 4 not much better.
Coutts 4 just a line for like ward replacement.
Gordon 3 Gordon's alive! I heard once...... I've yet to see it.
Coburn 3 doesn't look fit.
Hoole 4 you need a goal out of anywhere to rescue a point and you bring on Luca for Connolly. Looked more like a goal to concede, not score. Nice one, Barton!
Ref was his name reg? 7.5 Probably m o m on pitch!?
Burton 7 I thought they outplayed us in mid and controlled second half. Did we trouble the keeper second half? Nope.
Barton's football is sh!t sung by Burton fans! Haha! Very, very sad. Very, very true.

Balcombe 4, shaky,mistake prone and indecisive , not what we need behind an inexperienced,sub standard defence. Gibbons 7.5 m.o.m. a strong game and a perfect cross for the goal. inexplicably subbed wtf !!! Quansah 6 missed an easy chance ,he had his ,work cut out Connolly 4.5 whats happened to last seasons ,he's a pale shadow. MacDonald 5 no improvement on Gordon. Ward 6.5 decent, the best of an anaemic midfield Bogarde 4 nowhere near ready for league one yet Evans 5.5 after Ipswich is after the lord mayors show Sinclair 6.5 contributed to Gibbons assist and had an ok game Marquis 6.5 nice goal ,the only bit of service he had. Collins 6 worked hard, he had a couple of chances that on another day he would have buried. Subs: Anderson 6 why didnt he start ? Coutts 5.5 tried to galvanise to car crash that was going on with limited success. Gordon 4 made no difference Coburn 4 Made no difference Hoole 4.5 made little difference. Reg 6.5 decent Burton 6 average team whom used the conditions to their advantage,something we woefully failed to do. |

Balcombe 6 - two great saves in the second half to keep the score down despite the crap he had to take from 'fans' in the Thatchers End
Gibbons 5 - average game
Quansah 5 - tried to make things happen coming forward but defensively not his best game
Connolly 4 - Seems to have lost confidence
MacDonald 5 - steady but no improvement on other we have.
Ward 5 Did well in spells but inconsistent
Bogarde 5 Disappointing
Evans 6 Improving but still not back to his best
Sinclair 6 Poor shot when well placed
Marquis 6 Started well then ran out of steam
Collins 4 Missed an easy chance Nothing else.
Anderson 4 did not affect the game
Coutts 4 did not affect the game
Gordon 4 did not affect the game
Coburn 4 Fitness issues?
