Shirt is ok, but I do also prefer quarters on the back. Release video good and made me giggle. When do Luca and Azza pick up their Oscars? 😆

Great video, slightly underwhelmed with the shirt.
6/10 on first impressions, but will wait to see it first hand as it’s always different when you see it with your own mincers and/or the lads playing in it.

Like the shirt tbf but doing it as IKEA on our very hallowed turf was a kick in the stomach. It really hit home how much I miss Eastville, brought a tear to my eye knowing what lots of us experienced until 1986. The younger generations will never understand that sadly as they never knew Eastville Yep, decent video but made by people who have no concept of our history. |

Like the shirt tbf but doing it as IKEA on our very hallowed turf was a kick in the stomach. It really hit home how much I miss Eastville, brought a tear to my eye knowing what lots of us experienced until 1986. The younger generations will never understand that sadly as they never knew Eastville Yep, decent video but made by people who have no concept of our history. I'd say they have a very real concept of our history, hence the location. That's the whole point of it. But it was 37 years ago we left Eastville. So the tears have been wept and we've moved on, but we don't need to forget. |

I don't like Ikea in Bristol. I don't like driving past it. A stadium should be there. I may be wrong as I never go there but I'm pretty sure there is no homage or real signpost to the history of the site as there is on other former ground sites. Maybe some used matches on the floor the stadium owners may have left behind.
I do like the new shirt though. It's purely blue and white. I like the blue back. My first season watching us was 88/89 then who could forget 89/90. My memories of going to quartered backs are of us turning sh*t at the same time.

I like how the sponsor on the shirt is blended in rather than some gaudy bright non matching patch its often been in the past.
I guess a solid blue back enables white numbers and names on the shirt keeping us blue and white. Quartered backs means adding another colour to the kit.
The changed collar i assume is the something a little different from the previous kit.
I think people were taking the "little different" and thinking a lot different for some reason.

Big No from me as AGAIN!!!!!!!!! We don't have our famous blue and white quarters on the back of our shirts!!!! Why oh why since Wael have we kept our home kit plane blue on the back?  ? We don't do our quarters justice on just one side Wael so sort it out!!!!!!! We don't all think like that, I prefer all blue back, I think quarters front and back is to much |

Loved the video. Well done marketing team. Obviously connection being the shirts background pattern and the gas works that at the IKEA site.
What's the obsession with quarters on the back? It obviously easier to see names and numbers on a solid colour.

I have often thought about pulling up in an unmarked van, donned in high viz and hard hat to remove it. I mean what would the sentence/fine be for nicking a road sign? First offence and all that, well maybe second, or third 😂. Maybe we should lobby the council to give it to the club. Take a look on street view. Nice bit of nostalgia. |
