I thought they said he was predominantly a left winger? From that video (assuming I wasn't watching the wrong bloke) he seemed to favour his right foot, which is obviously good because that's what we're after.

Does not seem very left footed, most things in that clip were with his right foot, seems quite strong aswell. Could be very interesting times ahead

Nice clips. Thanks for that.
LDV was always said to be left-sided, but he crucified (ok, did lots of good things against) Kiddy in the 1st half that day, when he was on the right. These guys can go either side at this level if they're good IMO.

Adam Dawson Scores A Screamer He has quite a few videos on youtube and looks very promising and very skilful with an end product

Yes thanks for the clips, Adam looks very interesting, holds the ball up well, goes past a player and can put a good cross in, good tricks too. He will be a good addition to the squad, along with Jermaine it could be just what we need to finish the season strong. Onwards and upwards.

If he’s like he is in these clips for us we have a very promising player.

Lucky sod, I'd give my right arm to be ambidextrous.

The thing that stands out for me is that when released by Liverpool he played in non league and tried to get his career back on track - before getting another big move. Clearly not a quitter and that kind of experience well help him in a loan spell like this. Sounds like yet another astute signing from Clarke. Personally I'm only really a fan of loan signings if there is potential to sign them if they succeed. which looks realistic in this case.

Looks ok, nothing spectacular. I expect a player to look good in a youtube video in all honesty.
Hope he does the business.

Asked my mate who supports FC United about his four games for them two years ago. She'd forgotten all about him but looked him up and says he had three corkers and one shocker.

Dawson's clearly got all the tricks in the book. With the right application and emphasis on delivery to Easter/Blissett/Taylor he could be a really good signing - LDV MkII.
With Monkhouse and Gosling hitting form and Dawson in the building, we've got good options for the wide positions (including Balanta as well).

Definitely looks a player we need to give confidence to just like LDV. Skillful, nippy wingers like this can be very hit and miss. We need him to have the confidence to try to tear them apart. No getting on his back if he's greedy a few times. If he starts badly that will be it for him. IMHO the fans played a big part in LDV's success here as he just got cockier and cockier - much like Muzzy Carayol. And whilst I don't usually want arrogance in a footballer - that kind of winger needs it. I want to see him leaving full backs on the floor.
