As I have good/bad days with moving around I spoke to someone in the club shop about changing my ST from terrace to seat in east stand. Was told to renew online and the facility would allow the later change. Email from ticket office regarding the same query gave me no reason to believe I could not do online. Now I have to go in person. Live miles away, doubt work will give me time off working from home and transport could be an issue depending how my M.S. is behaving In addition, the club recently supplied an email address to report offensive comments to. Think it was the follow up to female ref allegedly receiving a few comments. I did message them about someone yelling out 'spastic'in earshot of a lot of fans. As an M.S. sufferer I was offended.... no, very upset. Emailed them. Anything back. No

I’ve done this a couple of times and had a prompt reply each time. These general email addresses that are given out are similar to generic emails and stuff like that. People get around to them when they can. Going straight to a named email usually makes it quicker. Whatever, good luck with what you’re trying to do. I guess although it’s very frustrating starting it early now gives you and them time to resolve the issue. UTG!

Interesting to think what they'd do for disabled fans who can't get out at all without assistance. It's hard to believe (although I do of course believe you) that you have to attend in person just for a simple admin switch of seats and an adjustment in cost.

In my calmer mood now, am having a chat with the ticket office. Must remember it's the policy not the staff. Looks like I was misinformed and even though I'm frustrated this is a genuine human error. Doesn't help that the ST comms are not clear that the movers are done in the shop. First time I'd had the need to ask any ST questions. It would be a secure payment issue (don't quote me on this) Renewals are done online or in the shop. As soon as you start upgrading / moving around a change in payment would be applied. As this is done in house then a secure payment facility would be needed. Over the phone transactions are then a no go without a secure line (Probably more complex but that's the general scenario I guess) Regardless of opinion of Ticketmaster would that be something they take on in the future. I guess the movements of tickets around the ground is easier in house.
Are there ST movers off on Easter holidays who would like to move. The window IMO is poor.
Would hope those who have difficulty in getting to the club in the window for genuine reasons are accounted for

Remember the daze when you just rolled up and had a nice word with someone in the club... probably Clare...? And/or you might have had to phone in to her, but because you were a supporter of some years you'd be recognised as a person...? Sometimes a person in need because of special circumstances..
Yeah, well, I do..

Assuming they have your payment details already on the system why can't the payment just be taken from that card/account? I'd personally email Pete or TG if it's still an issue for you.

I can see that it's a bit complex to do it on line as it's a payment differential, feel sorry for the frontline staff, as they don't make these policies. I hope that you are able to get sorted.

Cap doffed to Pete, been a great help in sorting Good to hear, he certainly goes above and beyond. Can't believe that some of our so called fans were abusing him on social media when ticket delivery was delayed due to the postal service at the time.

Like every club Tilly we have a fair few knobs who think it's all about them and are quick to point the finger.

Still admiring the beauty of the thread title😄😂 PATHETICCCCCCC …it’s all good now😄 Just acknowledging that something that was crap has now been sorted by someone going out of their way to help. I've seen a lot of negative threads where OP disappears when proved wrong. I'm just holding my hands up and saying my issue was sorted. Thank you
