Collins has to get this. I’d go for Hoole for young player as he is our player, our prospect and a bloody good one at that. He’s also played quite a few more games than Gibson. But, if Gibbo wants to sign for us beforehand then he can have the award thrown in  |

As for young player, I would hope it would be "one of ours" but purely based on being the best and constantly so, I would say Gibson. He makes such a difference when he plays. |

I see the FCs Player of the Year event has been planned.
They are allowing the ordinary fans to attend for over £85 a head. Wow!
That's one way of reducing the losses, I suppose.

Tom Lockyer is hotly tipped to be Luton Town's player of the year.
Might just be pipped by high scoring Carlton.
3rd in Championship and captain.

Held last year over Filton airfield? More like a gala than a Doo down the local boozer. Everyone involved with the club in attendance, few courses, bevvies on tap, suit & tie affair, wouldn’t expect to gain entry after chucking the old major 50p for the tin😄 |

Not sure it would be any influence, but if Gibson was voted the fans young player of the year, would that be a small selling point to make him come back next year? Obviously money and a chance to win promotion would be high selling points but if he gets on well with the players, knows the area and has a good rapport and is appreciated by the fans, that must count for something. |
