Reading the article tonight on Bristol Live it looks like he could be on his way out of the club JB mentioned we have made him a fair offer but we assume the agent wants more

That sounds a bit like GC wanting to move back to his family when he's spent most of his career elsewhere? A fully fit HA giving 100% is an asset, the one we've had most of this season just a bit part player who won't be missed. Apart from Ward not sure I'd offer contracts to any of the players out of contract, although Grant seems like to get a contract offer of some kind. |

Probably because he can think and talk at the same time, which a shop steward needs to do when dealing with members and management. |

Be a shame if Harry leaves. Offers good variety, love his energy and that performance as the “closer” against MKDons was epic.
But agree with Joey here. Cant just throw money at him. Squad player only and if he wants more (or is pushing for a move)then thank you very much Hazza, see you around.
Contracts for Grant and Ward if we can tho.
Want to try and limit incomings to 10 ish which means some of the known entities coming back or extending contracts.

He's been the PFA rep at Rovers for a number of years, anybody who heard the leaked WhatsApp recording, or has heard him on Radio Bristol, will know that he is very articulate and intelligent. Surely far more important for this role that the date when he last kicked a ball? |

L2 level at best for me ....would suit Gillingham / Wimbledon
Would not be surprised if he ended up though at Leyton Orient.

Think he’s quality. Been unlucky with injuries and would otherwise be a regular starter for me so long as he could find a run of form without getting crocked.
That said we shouldnt overpay.

Excellent versatility and you couldn’t ask for a harder working player - gives his all every time he pulls on the shirt.
However, his fitness this season has been a real issue and his end product isn’t top 10 L1 level (IMO). He kinda reminds me of a younger, lower-league James Milner.
Wouldn’t mind having him in the squad next season but also wouldn’t have him in the starting XI, so depends what kinda role he’s happy to have.

I like him.
For me he hasn't ever hit the heights of quality we would seek in this division, but his work rate and work ethic is exemplary and a true Rovers way.
He's exactly the sort of player I would want when things are going against you, prepared to put the hard miles in, get head down and run, chase the lost causes and of course, be versatile in approach to positions.
Didn't he play something like 4 different positions v 7-0 Scunny that day?
Must be a manager's dream to turn to HA and get his wishes across, wherever, whenever.
But his limitations might hold him back if we intend to make a serious assault on promotion and he can't step up...

Agree with this, if he or his agent are pushing for more money or even a longer contract then they need to look at the season he’s had, given he’s been injured for most of it and even when played not been the best. They really aren’t in too much of a position of bargaining power, and I think there are better players out there we could look at. |
