That's a real shame he has signed for Fleetwood - Very talented player - Heck of a signing for a very average side.

Pretty sure if we sign somebody like Blackman then he'd be virtually guaranteed the No 1 jersey. Given the quality we have signed so far them it wouldn't surprise me if Belshaw's time as our No 1 is coming to end particularly after last season's fall out. I see nothing in Blackman thats particularly outstanding. Good L1 keeper but thats it. I'd say Belshaw is better. if we did then that would stop a high line press game. Certainly not a keeper who likes leaving his box much |

Am I right in thinking last year we made a number of signings quite early and then there was a gap of 3 or 4 weeks with no activity?
Port Vale seem to have made some decent signings.

Sercombe has signed a new 12 month deal with Cheltenham so he wont be coming back. Not that we need him anymore

Played very well against us last season though |
