Afternoon all,
Apologies if it's just me but has anyone tried to log into Ticketmaster only to be told no account exists? Had an email from David Bright/the marketing team saying I hadn't renewed (I sure did and have the confirmation email and £340 less in my bank), so I wanted to check in on my ticketmaster account. I used to login with the customer number but can't find where to do this and the email I enter on the login screen is the one I use for ticketmaster and everything else Rovers related.
Hope that makes sense, just intrigued to see if this is just happening to me or if anyone else has had a problem. I've emailed the tickets@ email asking for their advice too.

Had the same email. I did move areas so it may potentially be for the previous area that is now freed up. Not bothering to log into account as I have confirmation of payment

You do need a 7 digit number as your username and this is the link should get you to the login page www.eticketing.co.uk/bristolrovers/Authentication/Login?Hope this helps, but it looks like there’s been some sort of cock up here and you have nothing to worry about. |

I had the same email, but did manage to login to ticket master and check that I had actually renewed, as I thought. You do need a 7 digit number as your username and this is the link should get you to the login page www.eticketing.co.uk/bristolrovers/Authentication/Login?Hope this helps, but it looks like there’s been some sort of cock up here and you have nothing to worry about. Have you got Mrs Sole? The Fishmongers wife? Love a bit of Happy Families… |

Got the same email, let’s hope it’s a technical error and not another balls up by the club regarding season tickets.

I had an intriguing email from Rovers offering me a three year contract with £10k signing on fee plus a bonus for promotion of £25k and wages of five grand a week.
I quickly accepted and was informed it should have gone to a Mr Wilson.
