Messing about at the back again Ffs 🤦♂️ Better to learn a lesson in pre-season than in a competitive game. Not sure the lesson will be learnt. I doubt it'll change as that's the tactic that's been pushed for the last couple of years. |

That was a brilliant save by Ward. Really top drawer. Pushed ball out wide too. Impressive with a restricted view.

The sooner we get a quality keeper for the level the better! It's a shame Balcombe wasn't given a fair crack of the whip by our fans. Yes he had a shaky start but needed game time and unfortunately came into the side as we were not playing well. We desperately need a new first choice keeper but I'm not sure there are many permanent keepers available so it maybe a loan again. |

I heard a discussion the other day on the radio that goalies are the most successful of all loan signings. |

I'm sorry, someone has to stick up for Belshaw.
He's one of the best keepers we've had for years, and most of his dodgy moments last season were caused by a defence unable to deal with the long ball.
Be careful what you wish for people, we could end up with far worse.

No he signed a long contract with Brentford which ends in 2025. |

Think people are being a bit lenient on him as he is a fans favorite. |
