Still no sign of season cards or parking permits… As per Official BRFC e-mail this morning, cards are being sent out today, 1st Class Royal Mail.

I've not received an email today ( I have checked Spam ). I am beyond frustrated that 5 days from our opening home fixture, Season Tickets have still not been issued. Oh, and the Club received my full payment in March! Simply not good enough.

It’s quite a fair constructive piece of criticism imo. Comms shouldn’t be coming out of individual accounts ahead of through the official channels. Pete does a great job but these things should be communicated in the right way otherwise it comes across as an ITK dispatch. It’s not just Pete either. TG and DB have done this before. DB has even communicated news about our new stands to a professional community instead of fans before. It’s not great imo. Personally, I get notifications of the clubs official channels. I’m not going to turn on notifications for non playing employees and I shouldn't have to either. It’s no different to when people say JB shouldn’t be sharing transfer news over his paid Twitter/X/whatever it’s called today account

It's also not a personalised e-mail so you just have to have faith that they're sorting the cards today and being sent out.
