I’ve had my email but don’t expect to receive my card before Saturday - completely lost faith in the ticketing system after similar problems at the start of recent seasons. I’m also not convinced my switch from East to West Terrace will have been properly recorded either !!

Email arrived. However, if your Season Ticket card does not arrive by 4pm on Thursday 10th August, please email tickets@bristolrovers.co.uk. I received the same email, shortly after receiving one that stated. If your season card does not arrive by Thursday 17th August, please email to kets@ bristolrovers.co.uk Luckily they spotted the error. |

Your application is under review. It can be "progressed" with the deposit of sizeable amounts of cash into my offshore account. |

I've had two e-mails. One says if ST cards haven't arrived by 4 p.m. Thursday, e-mail and they will arrange e-tickets, which seems fair enough, at least they have a contingency plan.

Still interested to know if I’m getting the £10 credit for each of our 4 renewed ST’s in the South West or just the 2 adult one’s, and where we’re going to be put following the emails and surveys last week…

Ah gone are the glory days of the season ticket booklet , Technology eh 😂😂 Thank goodness! A few years back my ST fell out of my pocket getting into the car after a very wet Fri night match. Sat morning I realised it was missing and went back to where the car was parked at the bottom of Ralph Road and there was the ST floating in a big pool in the gutter! Took it home, put kitchen towel between each page, put it in the airing cupboard and got away with it for th rest of the season...it was only October! |

Remember how there were loads of people giving their voucher F or whatever it was for the Chelsea League Cup match to complete strangers thinking they were doing a kind deed and doing genuine ST holders out of a priority ticket 🙄🙄🙄

Never had any issues with my Season ticket books over many years. Then the plastic cards can along and whilst cutting the grass it fell out my pocket and was cut to shreds. Then the phone app tickets arrived and my phone fell out of my pocket into a puddle to never work again. Took 3 months to sort out phone insurance to but another phone so missed half the seasons games. Most games before that ran out of data or had flat phone battery. had 2 flat tyres on way to games and missed first half and the wife demanded the only family car twice and had to walk to the match arriving 25 minutes late to boot. Forgot to take phone to match on two occasions I applied for the post of BRFC ticket manager but sadly came 2nd to a better candidate I think |

If you are not getting any Emails, log on to your ticketing account and then account management. Make sure you have ticked the box to get club news under News Delivery Preferences.

Not had any emails about my season ticket
But had a letter through post from Black's offering me a foldable seat and an umbrella to use while the South Stand is under construction.
It says I csn return umbrella and seat to shop for a full refund at Christmas when stand is open on Boxing day for the visit of Pompey
