Really? It is a bit of a joke. Mine arrived today. We should have had them before the season started. You planned on using it for the Portsmouth game or to get in using it for the first time Saturday? I was hoping to create a shrine at the beginning of July with: My season ticket My new Rovers shirt Wanted to look at it daily whilst getting excited for the new season. Those that are saying "You have it for the first home game" are technically correct. However, Rovers have had my money since end of March and have been earning interest (more like paying less interest) due to having my funds. What do I get? Having to wait uncomfortably until it arrives (arrived today, I think) and a £5 voucher. Would you want to book a holiday with a company that sends you the tickets two days before you are due to go? Lets run that one through: You book and pay for a holiday starting the 12th August, you pay for that in March. You don't get any communication until a week before you are due to go with "We'll send it our via Royal Mail, if you haven't got it by two days before you leave let us know and we will issue a ticket for you to print at home". Would that be acceptable? Genuine question.

Havent been sent tickets to go on holiday in about 20 years! Gigs often send tickets out just before the event to cut down on ticket touts As everyone is ignoring/forgotten, the club decided to change the access control over the summer (hence the need for new tickets) so couldnt have sent them until all installed and tested. You can argue with that decision, but wanting them in May when you have paid for them is 1) pointless and 2) in this case, detrimental!
Hope everyone gets in ok Saturday and we can find something else that is terrible

People were asked to email the ticket email address this afternoon, not individual members of staff. Hopefully everyone will be sorted, and this will be the last bright idea they have regarding tickets.

Only 2 of our 4 arrived today. Nice gesture with the vouchers, shame only 1 can be used at a time or would’ve been very handy to use our 4 together towards a shirt for one of the kids Other 2 have also arrived 👍

I can't check in and confirm my place until 30 days before and even then I've had the schedule changed at the last minute. Big deal. You've got what you paid for, in time to enjoy it. Stop your whinging.

E mailed the club at 3pm, had an instant reply from Pete, saying I will be sent an e ticket tomorrow morning, is it OK to post a positive thing?, 1st class mail posted Monday, shouldn't we also be directing the issue to Royal Mail, I worked there for many a year and have seen some Ted supporting posties shall we say "damage" mail when they realised it was from our club, this was a few years ago, whether its happening still, who knows. UTG

Left it late to email that I hadn't received my ST through the post, about 3 o'clock. Immediate response from Pete Weymouth that I'd have an Ex ticket tomorrow. In fact it turned up by email at 6.20pm.

So is there anyone left who doesn't either have their ST or an electronic ticket for tomorrow? And if not, did you email the suggested email address before 9pm yesterday?
Seems like once again Pete has worked heroically to dig the club out of another less than perfect situation!
