I know the plums on here will have a field day - thinking they’re funny with silly names - Yes you know who you are ! Plums !
But I was chatting with my son last night and we both wondered who would realistically be the X Factor signing JB chats about.
I’m not convinced there will be anyone fitting that description coming in but if there was one I might get excited about it would be Garang Kuol from Newcastle. Incredible talent , fast feet and an eye for goal. I don’t think he has gone anywhere just yet…
So … Who genuinely would be your X Factor signing ?

I know this does not sound like a good testimonial but i can't remember the lads name! he was an Everton regular who was training with us in Portugal while looking for a new club, considered to be out of our 'league' But you never know how much sway JB has, just what midfield needs!

I think he meant a signing that gives us the X factor like Elliott. So a bit of a wild card signing that could give us something very different, rather than a big name for lots of ££££

Unfortunately left the Central Coast Mariners to play in India (shakes head).
Rovers probably couldn't afford him anyhow.

Earlier on in the summer it was suggested that he would be leaving Liverpool permanently instead of on loan, not sure if that's changed now. Still playing with them atm (although doesnt seem to be first team), scored this goal the other day |
