Why should it bounce? In this day and age surely there should be some system that autogenerates a response to say X doesn't work here anymore and give a new contact. Usually staff leave to move on to bigger and better things so add messages similarly to out of office, but I know someone who left our place under a cloud, but this type of message was added by systems. |

My understanding is that it has always been Lucy who ran hospitality and you use the hospitality email mentioned earlier…. Will was the bar manager…
