Looking forward to my first game this season as was on holiday for the first few games . Last nights win should add a few more to the gate ( pay on the day) . Think we’ve sold about 600 tickets.
Are we going same team again or a few changes ? UTG !

Lots of options for the starting 11, and will depend on Brown/Wilson being available. Assuming not, I would start with the same team that started against Barnsley. Tough on SS7, but he will get his chance. If JM needs a rest then start AC up top and bring Sincs in

Will be another tough game this one. Reading opinions on Cambridges start to the season they seem to be a much better outfit than last season and may even finish top half injuries pending.

My first game too, driving from Bournemouth and making a weekend of it with my lad. First visit to their ground.
They will be a different challenge, probably more direct but nothing our centre backs can’t handle. Will be interesting to see how this season progresses with our attacking options, with the depth we now have I can see changes being made especially during mid week and weekend fixtures.
Anyone been before and know of any decent watering holes?
Anyone else there from the forum keep an eye out for my lad proudly putting his new Rovers flag up somewhere…

Then we went and beat em! Brilliant

Thanks dude, yes that sounds favourable, although I’m thinking we might well take a few on Saturday after our good start and feel good factor at the moment!
I’ll get there fairly early, meander around the ground, try a pie and gear myself up for 90 mins of singing.
Booked into a B and B, watch England lift the World Cup Sunday morning followed by a punt on the river.
What’s not to like?

Will be another tough game this one. Reading opinions on Cambridges start to the season they seem to be a much better outfit than last season and may even finish top half injuries pending. Interestingly, both their wins they have had significantly less possession, but had the large majority in their only defeat v Stevenage. Apparently ex-ted Saikou Janneh is looking a player for them this season

Yet another long distance journey.
No other team has had the amount of long and tiring journeys this season we have faced.
Who planned all this? Sack them.
Not even Carlisle United have travelled so much.
Exeter City have had some travelling to do but hundreds of kilometres less than BRFC.
Charlton Athletic was 350+kms there and back.
Ipswich Town was a 520+kms return trip.
Pompey was 250+kms in total.
Next comes the 540+kms trek to the Cambridge scholars.
That is some distance in three short weeks.
Really pleased that the Barnsley fixture was at home.
Be very surprised if this weekend some weary bodies and tired legs are not evident.
The points return and performances might have been better without the tour of the Southern motorways.

Joe is building a strong team, have to have a go at Cambridge, we should start fast and take control.
This is our season in the sun, despite losing more balls than sports direct at home matches!

After a tough start to season v perceived top sides it would be easy to underestimate Cambridge, we must show the same intensity and determination in this game as we have in the other 3 else we could come a cropper, the game will be just as tough as the first 3!.

Added to that we have no midweek game the next few weeks I reckon he’ll minimise rotation. Back 5 picks itself at present. Wouldn’t surprise me if he gives big john a breather and go Collins up top with Thomas and Sinclair wide of Evans, with Sam and grant holding.
