Looks as though our new part owner paid £6.25m on the 2nd August for 1 share valued @ 0.1p. I’m sure someone can explain further the meaning of this.

I’d suspect this is the capitalisation of the debt owed to Wael.

Looks as though our new part owner paid £6.25m on the 2nd August for 1 share valued @ 0.1p. I’m sure someone can explain further the meaning of this. posted this on the other forum, but on the evidence I can see The way I see it in simple terms Son (BRFC) owes dad (1883 ltd), Mummy (new investor) could give the money straight to dad, but gives the money to son first to give to dad
obviously a bit more complicated as it involves the shares in the various companies. Mr Al-Saeed owns 55% of Dwane sports, but that investment so far, (and I might be missing something possibly as don't have all the info) has not created any new share in 1883 ltd, so Dwane still own the same percentage, but instead a new single share has been issued in the football club
the sort of thing I call the circle of life at work. Everything flows back to the top (parent company) one way or another, they have just gone about it in a longer way. As I say probably something to do with the share holdings in 1883 ltd or something, although they could have issued more shares there, but didn't want to for some reason
