It was suspended for the Barnsley game and it looks like it still is. I wanted to put 3 Thatchers tickets up for exchange as was on holiday but couldn't. Not sure if it is to do with the new ticketing system and making sure it all works which it seemed to before starting it back up again.
I do believe you can contact Pete at the club shop and he maybe able to sort something out.

A pity if not working. Not too worried about the money but seems a shame for someone to miss out on a ticket when capacity is limited at the moment and the Thatchers will probably be sold out. Living away from Bristol means I can’t even lend my ST card to anyone (and wouldn’t risk posting it to anyone). Maybe, I should go to the game after all, but I generally try to avoid the M5 on an August bank holiday weekend!

Not working for me and my Thatchers terrace ticket.
Spoke to club and only seats can be exchanged until South Stand sorted.

I expect the club is looking to maximise profits with only 7900 squeezed into the ground. Don't they need to pay a fee to ST holders to exchange tickets?.
Surely it be OK to sell tickets on terraces at a pro rotas basis to supporters or give them away until ground is sorted .

Maybe it's just certain individuals having problems |
