Out of contract in June 24,I am surprised not to see Mo Eisa's name mentioned as an alternative potential CF signing.
He averaged 1 in 3 in both of the last two seasons in L1 and has 4 in 5 this season in L2. All with MKD.
Always been impressed with him when he has played at the Mem.

Before I get bullets, just been taking a look at Newport County following the DC V GC thread………
Interesting Omar Bogle scored 19 for them last season, got 4 this season but the bloke has some pace and power.
The one I never knew about is the lad Evans up front for them, he’s got 10 goals in 13 games this season. Does anyone know anything about him, talk of him being called up to the Wales squad?
I see Newport are in financial trouble, the fan owned club has just passed a vote for them to be taken over by the ex Swansea owner Jenkins who sold to the Americans.

Omar Bogle has struggled at L1 level previously at Portsmouth, Charlton and Doncaster. L2 is probably his level. Will Evans came out of the Welsh leagues and had a good debut season in the EFL last year. Rumour has it we looked at him in the summer but I think he’s under contract for another 18 months. Fantastic prospect imo and a late bloomer football wise. Would be competing with LT, JB, AC for the wide slots. |

Despite the issues Southend have faced this year, Harry Cardwell has scored an impressive amount of goals (11 in 15 games I think) for them including a few headers from crosses. Unproven at this level so would be a gamble though.

Unproven at this level so would be a gamble though. Not really been prolific until this year and has bounced around the NL/NLS. Probably a no from me at the moment. |
