Joey may have had free rein with Wael, but as an obvious businessman and someone who has invested quite a bit of money into Rovers how long before Joey comes under some pressure to get results. 1 win in 7 games this season?

Is he even actively involved in day to day decisions as he seems to be keeping a very low profile? If he is perhaps he'll understand the club employees above JB seemed to have messed up signing a striker yesterday and they may be the first to go?? |

The home form is shocking? Can't blame that on gelling, we are more suited to playing away Joeys basically implying that we need a win to get us going and that he is seeing improvements. We had a great win at Charlton and started really well? But we’ve gone backwards massively |

I thought the club was well run now? All the old dead wood cleared out, time wasting consultants and jobsworths out the door, Joey's recommended appointments in place, a President who funds us, Kuwaiti backers at the helm, new stand being built, negotiations with Conygar proceeding.
How much more well run can we get?

Problem is it just seems TG & the HR lady left running the entire club, we appear to have more coaches and medical staff than seats in the new dug out but no actual management running the non football side of the club. Perhaps this is JB's influence as I doubt he's worried about the that side of things. What do Eddie Jennings and Colin Gibson actually do on a day to day basis??

Surely JB can have no complaints about how the club is run. Approaching his year 3 anniversary in Feb and the club is run as he wants it, Most staff have gone from that time and new appointments appear to be with JBs approval. Although after last night I hope the failure to appoint a new Club Secretary hasn’t been forgotten It is now his club. I’m sure he knows he needs to turn around our home form in particular asap.

I did cringe today when saw ward hoole and Gordon had to sit on chairs brought out for them by the tunnel. Obviously not enough seats available for them In the stands. A real embarrassing situation.i don't think I've ever seen that at another professional club 😂 |

I thought that was a bit strange when I heard him say it. Now they've seen it all I'd imagine they are thinking WTF. |
