Tuesday’s Fixtures are ….
Chester v Lincoln
Dover v Wrexham
Southport v Braintree
Not a lot to worry about as far as I can see. Draws all round would be good … unless I am missing something?
Saturday’s fixtures:
Alfreton v FGR
Barnet v Southport
Chester v Kidderminster
Gateshead v Welling
Macclesfield v Lincoln
Nuneaton v Grimsby
On paper … Most would see Barnet as the “home banker” but if I was betting, I would go for a draw. Macc v Lincoln … I would settle for a draw; can’t really see Nuneaton getting anything out of the game?

Barnet to only draw is a fair call given Southport's decent away form.

My worry would be that although we are on the shoulder of Barnet which could in turn add the pressure on them as it seems is happening already we could after this Saturday be feeling the same pressure from the likes of Grimsby and Macclesfield and possibly even Eastleigh and all this because of the F@ck all trophy

Gateshead v Grimsby trophy replay being played tonight after being postponed a couple of times. Pitch inspection this morning confirmed game was on. The Heed just called the game off this afternoon. Fishy people not best pleased. Game now being played Wednesday. Hopefully it's called off again = fixture pile up.

Barnet are the only team I care about, if we can't catch them then there's no difference between finishing 2nd or 5th

Not a fan of teams having games in hand. at least by sat night it will be a bit clearer.

Maccy are effectively level on points with us. Grimsby & Eastleigh are potentially only 1 point behind. DC: "This ain't a two-horse race"

If the game is called off on Wed would that mean it is re-arranged for Sat (taking precedence over the league?)

It ought to be a two-horse race - if we really go for it - don't need draws we need WINS ! Playing attacking line -ups with attack-minded players backed by attacked -minded tactics - our defence is solid so ....................................

Just because he said it isn't a two horse race doesn't' mean he's going to try and draw every game and not attack. Some people just want to twist things just to have a moan.

at least our new friends at woking will be happy. They hate the shots. Wonder how long their mgr will last. Lost 8 out of 9 i think. need to keep an eye on dover! Massive unbeaten run. by the time we face them they could be fighting for playoff place, and be a really strong team.
