Depends who the commentator is. I did notice that we didn't get so many e-mails read out when it was the lady commentator the other week. The lady commentator on duty today! She’s probably been the best thing about that 48 minutes, I generally don’t like women commentary on men’s matches but she’s the best I’ve heard. |

I know it's still early in the season, but how long until Joey is on the hot seat with our form in 2023? I would like to see a table of all 92 teams based on their form this calendar year. We would easily be in the bottom ten. |

I missed Cambridge but that's the worst half of football I've seen from us this season. Why the fu*k do we keep taking short corners when 8/10 we end up back in our own half. We've got Taylor and Wilson big lumps to whip it in for now FFS whip it in first time 🤬

Frustrating isn’t it ?
Barton’s brought in a better calibre of player to the club than we’ve had in years yet he’s got them playing the most dire slow paced negative , sideways / backwards football I think I’ve ever seen us play.
It’s worse and more negative than Garner ball.
We just have better players.
The amount of times in that half that we had the ball on the edge of their final third and then went back to the defence or keeper is excruciating.
Shrewsbury don’t look anything special but they’re at least playing football the way that works at this level and they’ve been the better side and created all the openings.
Barton needs to pull his head out of his arse and get this team playing proper decent league 1 football and stop trying to be bloody Barcelona it’s embarrassing.

Really boring watch … Two seriously poor L1 sides. We are deluded if we think Top 6 is on if things don’t start improving fast.
Marquis adding nothing and needs replacing with Jevani Brown.
Bogarde not in the game and Evans not doing much equally and now on a yellow for dissent.
Jack Hunt holding the defence together … can see this being 1-0 Shrewsbury. Another sub par performance so far against an awful side.
Another 45 minutes & not a shot on target. Would make changes early!

You’re probably right, I was being too ambitious! It’s quite funny how I was told I wasn’t ambitious enough a month ago when I said we were maybe a top ten team, looking more like a relegation battle is on our hands at this rate! |
