£26K a week? If that is truly what Harvey Vale is on then that sums up everything that is wrong with English football.

Also, Matthew Cox £6,900 a week and Ryan Woods £8,000 a week Lamare Bogarde £4,000 a week Making our 3 loan players on £45k a week Which was pretty much our starting 11 at the start of the season! Hopefully we are not paying 100% wages towards the loan players!

Remember when we had Jamal Blackman on loan a few years ago and then couldn't sign him because he wanted 10k a week which was something like 4x higher than anyone else was on at the time. He eventually went to the states before lowering his demands and returning to the UK.
Young players who fail to cut it at the Premier League level have a decision to make when it comes to wages. Some want to maximise their financial incomings immediately whilst others prefer to actually get regular games with the hope of securing a move upwards and as a result a better contract.
How many of us if we were fired from a job at 19 earning 20k a week would be keen to suddenly start taking 4 or £5000 instead?

How many of us if we were fired from a job at 19 earning 20k a week would be keen to suddenly start taking 4 or £5000 instead? Probably most of us as the alternative is getting a normal job on far less money, most likely an unskilled one if we'd only ever been a pro footballer since leaving school?
