I know not all will agree with me, but I hate the back of our shirt when it's not comprised of blue and white quarters. TG said in his programme notes on Saturday that the process of designing next season's kit has started.
I emailed him last night to plead for the quarters back on our backs. If you feel like I do, please do the same. If you prefer plain backs, please keep it to yourself...
Rovers have one of the most iconic shirts in football, yet from the back it looks like a dozen other clubs, and that's just in this country.
We are Bristol Rovers and we play in quarters.

UTG I agree. Prefer quarters on the back as well. Do not mind occasionally a whole blue back which looks ok and more modern when the shirt worn socially. What really irks me though this season is that when you look at the back you see two white sleeves. Strange how little things can get to you. |

It’s Blue AND white, not White & blue Get emailing then, lads and lasses... otherwise the back of our shirt next season will be exactly the same as Birmingham, Ipswich, Chester, Everton, Macclesfield, Chelsea, Cardiff, Leicester, Millwall, Carlisle, Portsmouth, and Gillingham. My absolute fave is quarters all over, blue shorts and white socks, but I'd take whatever shorts and socks, as long as it's blue and white quarters front and back on the shirt. We take the water out of City for having a boring shirt, yet we seem to be doing our best to emulate them. UTG....in quarters. |

My bigger peeve is taking the famous, instantly recognisable quarters and making it all a total bore with white shorts and white socks😴😴 For me the only white in the kit should be on the shirt. White shorts for me too. Blue were always only for games away to the Sh*t. Blue socks with white trim. Quarters front and back all the way.
