Lose is the hardest 4 letter word to spell in the dictionary, apparently. There is an easier 4 letter word to spell that comes to mind but not sure it's in the dictionary  Joey ? |

7/8 wins in the last 8 league visits, an extraordinary record. The only blemish being the covid season game which I’m never counting😄
On top of this we have a 1-1 draw in the EFL trophy (2020) and the 2-2 FA Cup draw in 2021. So unbeaten in our last 9 visits when the Rovers faithful have been in town.
The way they’re going our fine record will never be more at risk. But Im confident we can come away with something, going to be some atmosphere.

Never wanted a match day & it’s thread to come around so badly.
One last night shift ahead, straight to the local cafe, then on the road to Kassam! Tired dude incoming.
Still confident we’ll get something mind, trying not to slip into ‘take a point’ mode as we’re more than good enough to go there and slap them with a statement result.

Oxford are 2nd a point behind Pompey with a game in hand have won 8 lost 2.
Lost first day 2-0 to Cambridge and at beginning of September 1-2 to Port Vale when we had 2 sent off. Vale scored a pen in the last few minutes. Since then, we’ve scored 3 in every league match!
This could be the end of your run.
Thank you for beating us 0-3 last season, you were sh**e, but beating us meant Karl “gobshite” Robinson got the sack. We saw a game where we played like a pub side, Gobbo, thought we were like Brazil!
Stupid time to play, but TVP don’t want trouble.

Looks like you have a good side there but no matter how good you are you always have some blip days. It will no doubt be a tough game for Rovers and obviously saying we always win at oxford is a little tongue in cheek. No doubt we've been your bogey team in recent years though. As for the kick of time, I have no idea why this game gets such a high profile. Yes there has been a bit of trouble in the past but no more than some other grounds. For me it suits though as I can watch it on Ifollow. |

We can sneak our way into the play offs with a win tomorrow
This side has plenty of good things going for it, Taylor playing well, Woods and Bogarde looking accomplished, McCormick like a new signing
Just need Brown, Azza and Martin to shine and we have enough to trouble anyone
Only issue is Martins fitness, could always play Azza through the middle and bring on Sincs after 75mins once 3-0 up

Our fans don't have problems elsewhere in the country 🤷♂️ It's widely accepted that TVP are bully's and cause more problems than they prevent. Allocate a couple of pubs, put on a few busses or an escort and be done with it. 2000 fans-mostly ST holders can't cause that much hassle. |

The police can manage that, surely that's the easy part? I watch Manchester teams play at home on the same day, 5 games at a time in London with all the tube journeys. But little old Bristol Rovers with 2k tickets and possibly 200 'lads' cause a matchday strategy amendment😕 |

Was out with the lads last night living up here in Oxford, they are confident for tomorrow but the winger Edwards being injured has lifted me, he’s like Usain Bolt with a football!
Law of averages says we are due a defeat, I’d take a draw, but then I think we are going to win!
It’s like a local derby for me, actually nervous, come on Rovers! UTG
