Was out with the lads last night living up here in Oxford, they are confident for tomorrow but the winger Edwards being injured has lifted me, he’s like Usain Bolt with a football! Law of averages says we are due a defeat, I’d take a draw, but then I think we are going to win! It’s like a local derby for me, actually nervous, come on Rovers! UTG A lot riding on it for your as usual roadman? I thought they should have got rid of Karl Robinson long before they did tbh and results for them this season only justify that. Surely our winning run against them is due to come to a halt!

Conveniently forgetting the heard of mutants that gather behind the goal awaiting our exit shortly before the end, every single time we visit. Our supporters aren't unique though. The police can manage that, surely that's the easy part? I watch Manchester teams play at home on the same day, 5 games at a time in London with all the tube journeys. But little old Bristol Rovers with 2k tickets and possibly 200 'lads' cause a matchday strategy amendment😕 Cardiff played Swansea on a Saturday evening recently after fans would have been drinking all day watching the rugby international. I can't understand why we have to play at mid day just because a handful of fans may have too much to drink and cause some minor trouble.

On Points West they just mentioned disruption on the railway this weekend with engineering works between Bristol Temple Meads and Bath Spa affecting all London bound trains from 01:00 Saturday through to 04:00 Monday. There is a reduced service, presumably going via Parkway, so give yourself a bit of extra time if you are letting the train take the strain!

I think you will find any Swansea fans showing any signs of drinking all day would not have been allowed to board any of the coaches for the journey to Cardiff. In fact I can confirm that a handful were not allowed to board the coaches. They are the only way to go to that particular game and the same applies to Cardiff fans for the return game. Also no food and drink is allowed on the coaches and only very small bags are allowed and are searched before fans can board the coaches. Same applies to our friends across the City of Bristol.
