Mental health is hugely important to myself and my family , That was a hard watch as it brought back devastating memories of our dear Aunty who , like the chap in the video , was full of the joys of spring and was the life and soul of the party. Until sadly , she threw herself off of Anvil point in Swanage in front of her then 8 year old daughter. None of us saw the signs as she always appeared so happy. Turned out she was suffering from severe depression and had been for almost 5 years. It’s a real silent killer and people still find it incredibly hard to talk about , please remember, if you’re feeling low and finding life a struggle , please get help there’s plenty of people out there who will listen. Apologies about the darkness in my post , I just thought it relevant to the discussion.
